Effort— We are not the type of agents who takes the listing, plants a sign in the yard, lists the home on the MLS and considers the job done. We devise a custom marketing plan specifically for your needs and your property. This includes a full market analysis of your home as well as advice on pricing it competitively and a thorough explanation of what to expect throughout the entire process. We use extensive Internet marketing complete with email campaigns to hundreds of other agents, and online multimedia via an endless number of different sites, custom and detailed feature sheets on your property, open houses for other agents as well as buyers, video tours, exceptionally high quality photos, possible print advertising in strategic publications and/or direct mail to potential buyers. We’ll even give you staging recommendations for your home to make sure it shows as well as possible.

Versatility- If you are an out of town client selling your home, important documents can be sent via email or overnighted for your signatures and approval. Video conferencing is also available.

Awareness of the Market—We search for new listings every day utilizing a vast number of resources (not just the MLS). We are always on top of new listings which are comparable to yours. We also make it a general practice to preview homes weekly, further ensuring that we are well informed about your home’s competition and can relay that information to you.

Attention to Detail—You can rest assured that we are monitoring all aspects of your transaction and that we are in frequent contact with the buyer’s agent, lender, and title company. We won’t allow minute details to endanger the successful closing of your home sale.

Ethical Recommendations—We are more than happy to recommend proven and quality home warranty companies, lenders, inspectors, title companies and other resources, if you should ask us to do so. We never benefit financially from these referrals. Most companies from our list will contact you and send you reports through whatever means you desire, again saving you time and frustration.
