We welcome referred clients from real estate agents all over the world. We offer a generous 30% referral fee (5% above the average!) at the close of escrow (the date the sale is recorded and legalized) to licensed agents who contact us prior to a client signing a listing contract or entering into a buyer/broker arrangement with us. This fee will be calculated based on the gross commission received from the sale, and will be paid directly from our broker, Tierra Antigua, to your broker for disbursement.
